NCS general secretary Nicholas Muramagi and Commissioner of sports Omara Apita have advised sports federation and associations to keep improving national team performances at the international competitions to ease the bargain for sports funding.

While they applauded the Basketball, Football, Athletics, Cricket associations and the Paralympics Committee for good performances during 2017, NCS general secretary Nicholas Muramagi said that many of the associations have stepped up their performances.

Uganda Cranes played to a goalless draw with Cote D’Ivoire in their final Group B match at Marrakech stadium on Monday night as the Cranes concluded thier journey in the continents second biggest football event i the third place in the group.
